Sakit kaki nih.....
Aduh....sakit tul kaki aku ni...sejak pagi semalam lagi. Pulak nak jalan tambah lagi sakit nak2 kalau naik tangga. Ketika semangat nak exercise nilah yang kaki sakitlah macam nak patahkan semangat aku ni. Tapi biasalah aku sudah tekad mah macam aku tekad menyintai shahbaz tuh.Tidak akan mengalah lagi tetap akan terus mencuba walaupun terdapat halangan. Itulah kan boleh pulak aku teringat yang aku ada non aerobic video yang kurang impact pada kaki tak payah terkinja - kinja macam biasa. Nanti bila kaki dah ok bolehlah nak wat turbo jam yang ganas tuh hahaha. Sekarang ni pun, pace slow jer dulu bukan main lagi sampai boleh belasah 1 1/2 jam wat exercise saje. Anyway tak leh paksa diri nanti jadi lagi melarat pulak. Aduh, tapi apapun harap kaki ni cepat ok tak selesa jalan terhencot - hencot.

Nestum....
Oh...tak tau kenapa tapi 2 3 menjak aku gila makan/minum nesvita honey pastu siap tambah milo lagi hahaha...Berat badan pun dah naik 3kg lagi. Hari ni aku dah start exercise balik dah.Buat hip hop abs fat burning cardio. Mengah sket tapi yang tak tahannya hari ni kaki kanan buat hal pulak macam urat kaki ni dah lari sket. Anyway aku tetap akan exercise juga tak kiralah. Bab makan tu rasa macam control sket tapi biasalah ikut hati mah..anyway lepas ni kena control lagi tak nak dah berat cam dulu kat terlalu gemuk. Sekarang ni just nice jer bagi aku tapi naklah shahbaz tengok aku macam aku umur 18. Kurus gila baru dia "kanchoing"/cemas giler tengok aku hahaha... Tapi berbalik pada nesvita tadi apsal agaknya aku suka yang instant berbanding yang original yang kat dalam tin tu ek...entahlah. Dalam kepala ni pun masih fikir pasal nestum selain shahbazlah yang tu no 1. Yang pasti aku tetap akan makan nesvita macam aku makan evening primrose oil ngan multivitamin tuh...tiap hari....
